Louise Van Osten is a proven leader in business management consulting. She is a specialist in recognizing business needs and individualizing executable plans to achieve desired results for success.
She has been in the consulting business for 25 years. Louise has always been involved in designing, building and growing new businesses. She built her own business while assisting the franchise in national marketing efforts that helped other small businesses achieve higher profits. Additionally, she designed operational procedures that relieved cash flow stress. Louise built new departments as part of a start up technology company that widened the scope of client offerings. She built new technology applications in order to support new business requirements.
She listens, reviews and analyzes business situations in order to develop manageable and executable plans that exceed expectations. Louise is a leader who engages teams to work at their peak efficiency. She makes teams stronger by empowering individuals with skills and tools to implement the right tasks.

Building Foot Solutions – As a pioneer owner for Foot Solutions, Louise was the first store to open in New Jersery and the 24th store to open in the nation. She designed a cutting edge business with a revenue stream of over $550,000 within three years. She cultivated business relationships with over 400 medical professionals who referred clients to the store and achieved an 85% return rate for existing clients.
Developing a Professional Services organization for INTERSOLV - As VP of Professional Services, she formulated a team of individuals who were able to implement technology across multiple platforms for fortune 500 companies. By managing the sales, delivery and account management teams, she grew multiple segments of the business throughout her career.
Consulting for a small business owner who was struggling with cash flow issues - As a management consultant, she helped this small business owner understand where her money was being spent and outlined a plan for her to manage spending as a direct result of revenue variation. She ended up managing cash instead of downsizing employees. She increased her profit by 15% the first quarter.
Louise has a MBA in Management from Pace University and a BS in Computer Science with a Business minor from St. John’s University.
Her career foundation has always been in client service and management. That coupled with her background in technology, consulting and business ownership enables Louise to apply her wide range of talents to any challenging situation.

Kirstin Swartz, Marketing Assistant
Kirstin Swartz is an up-and-coming marketing strategist working with LVO to provide our clients with assistance in the digital marketing, recruit sourcing, business coaching and management fields. She is also doing freelance work for clients in New York and New Jersey for any marketing or creative writing projects given to her.
Kirstin is a State University of New York College at Oswego Class of 2018 Graduate. She graduated from her dual majors in Creative Writing and Business Administration cum laude, earning herself a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science. From her degrees, Kirstin is able to bring passion and skill to generate creative marketing content for clients at LVO.
Kirstin's areas of expertise include writing, editing, proofreading, managing social media accounts and generating email templates. She is also trained to use softwares such as Corel Video Editing Studio, Microsoft Suite, Adobe InDesign, Wordpress and Mailchimp.
